Drilled numerous holes in the wall, which was freshly painted, and now need to be filled. They are behind the radiator so will be awkward to do.
Damaged the new flooring
The tradesperson was unable to re-pressurise the boiler so British Gas had to come out. When the boiler had pressure, the radiator leaked. The tradesperson wanted us to pay a call out charge for him to come back despite saying “Any problems, let me know” suggesting he would have come back. We had to replace the valves, which another tradesperson said had been snapped during installation

Thank you for your feedback. We feel this review does not accurately reflect the circumstances. As discussed on the phone, our request to be informed of any issues related to our installation work, not the faulty bleed valve on the radiator you supplied. In addition, a pre-existing British Gas installation fault prevented the boiler from being topped up and re-pressurised, meaning we could not identify the defective valve on the day. We strongly dispute the claims of property damage. Despite these issues being outside our control, we offered to return on a Sunday for a discounted call-out fee
