  Communication: responsive and clear, timely communication Business Account: Yes Staff: Clean & tidy, took off their shoes on their visit, polite and professional, they look well organised and they were on time to the job and the visit to quote. Quality of work: 10/10 delivered as discussed, no issues at all. Instruct them to carry out the job and forget about it, come back to result. They managed to complete the job in a short turn around as well. They came with loads of samples and choices, no rush during the visits and helped with moving one or two heavy items for carpeting the room.

  Top class carpet fitting experience

  From my first contact with this company to completion, the whole experience was exceptional. I needed new carpet and underlay fitting in my hallway, staircase and landing. Muhammed arrived punctually at the agreed time to measure up and provided several samples of carpet. He was able to provide exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. He arrived punctually as arranged and worked extremely hard on a very hot day and I am absolutely delighted with the result. We are so impressed we intend to hire him to recarpet the rest of the house. Many thanks for a first class job!

  Replace a small area of carpet with new heavy duty carpet

  Highly recommend. Efficient in both responding and booking in to complete job. Very informative about price and available replacements. Reasonable price as well and carried out smoothly and quick. New carpet looks fantastic.
