10/10 experience from start to finish and would highly recommend for all work. We used in October 2025 to carry out some building work and decorating to our home, an old building dating from 1912. I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism from quote to completion. When they started the work, there was a handover between the person who did the estimate and the person who would be managing the work. The team worked hard throughout the week long project, finishing ahead of schedule and offering to do some extra jobs in the spare time that was over and above expectations.

We wanted to alter the layout of our house to get an open plan living space. After getting a few quotes we decided we to move forward with AHI as they came across as a highly professional outfit with employed staff. And we're so glad we did. They pretty much stuck to their timeline, were there everyday 8am on the dot. Were checking each others work throughout the build. Made sure they delivered quality rather than quantity, doing it by default not when prompted. They're well known with building inspectors who had upmost confidence in their work. We'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Extremely helpful advice to the point of saying outright that this is a fix I could do myself (as a non-DIYer), and the surveyor was friendly and knowledgeable. I shall be making this company my first port of call in future.

Did not get Quote as promised and no contact whatsoever,

We noticed that there was a leak from the en-suite shower that had been fitted a little over three years ago - the silicone sealant was a little discoloured rather than bright white. I asked AHI Building Services to take a look and to re-seal the shower enclosure and tray. The problem seals were quickly identified and all of the seals were removed, cleaned, and new seals applied. AHI are very responsive and quickly sorted our problem along with advice for spotting the problem sooner. We'd have no reservation about using AHI for further work.
