David (Dave) and team were punctual, tidy and efficient in noth their work and delivery of the project. I had complete insulation, boarding of loft and a new manual loft ladder installed (replacing a 60 year old rattling one which I didnt feel safe on) All work was completed in a day. They even removed a "built in room" which previous owners had installed but not insulated, adding to the coldness of the house in winter. Good price gor good work. Very pleased with the outcome.

Work done very well and he cleaned up after himself. Took a little longer than initially quoted, but down to external forces. We were kept fully informed. Now have an inconspicuous loft opening with an excellent wooden set of steps into the loft. Also, he increased the insulation and boarded the floor area. We now have a lovely storage area which is easy to access. We would definitely recommend this company.

We are very happy with the loft hatch installed by Mr David from Ahead Loft Ladders. He was available for a quick visit to give us a quote and came back the next week to get the job done, which was ready in a couple of hours. Due to the Ahead Loft Installation installer having unforeseen circumstances the installation started late. However the installation went well although the installer was interrupted by phone calls. I guess as a small company this is unavoidable. The finished product has now been put to use and looks good and functions well.

I wanted my faulty concertina type loft ladder replaced with an identical one that I had already purchased, but didn’t feel confident about changing myself. I put the job on Checkatrade to two companies, only this one replied. I was contacted almost immediately, and the work was completed within 3 days. David (I think his name was) and another removed the existing ladder and fitted the new one in less an hour, cleaned up and took the old one away. Fast and efficient service.
