  Key stuck in lock . Had to replace cylinder of lock .

  I called him as my tenant had got a key stuck in the patio door lock. He turned up exactly as arranged and replaced the cylinder. What was also so helpful that he was able to tell me the frame was out of alignment causing the lock to be under stress. I was able to claim on the warranty which if that had been missed I would eventually have had to cover myself. He also checked other locks in the premises and gave advice about those.
