  We had a woodworm issue in the loft area of the house and the roof beams of the garage.

  Andy made contact after my initial enquiry and arrived promptly to have a look at the issue. We had a good chat and Andy provided a lot of helpful information. I received my quote promptly which I felt was fair for the work required. Andy worked with us in regard to preparing for the works and arrived when he said he was going to. I am very happy with the work done and will look to seek his skills, moving forwards with our house renovation.

  Damp in Office building

  We called Andy as we know he specialises in damp. We have an old building that had some very visible issues. From start to finish he and his team have been excellent. Very helpful with explaining the issues and the ways to resolve. Managed to fit us in at suitable time - as running a business. Needed to make sure it worked for our team and clients. Work now completed and Marcus did a great job in decorating too. Extremely impressed with the way they worked, their communication & friendly attitude- easy to talk to about any issues that can arise & they sorted all for us. Highly recommend!

  Tackling penetrating damp upstairs and in a downstairs bathroom

  From our first telephone conversation I felt I had found the right person to do the job! Andy described exactly how he would tackle the problem. He kept me informed at all times and as unanticipated problems occurred he explained them and asked me if I wanted him to deal with them. He is such a hardworking man and absolutely trustworthy and I had faith in the advice he gave me. This was endorsed by very good neighbours who knew all the problems and were there on the spot. As I couldn’t be there Andy sent detailed photos which were invaluable. He and his team left everything clean and tidy.

  Damp proofing several walls on ground floor

  Mr Martin turned up on time to provide quote, and then stayed in contact whilst we waited for our slot. His team were polite, cheerful and turned up on arranged times, we had no issues with them. There was no bad language and the team were not at all intimidating so would be happy to have them work if young children/elderly were in the house. The work is obviously messy however they cleaned up as best they could at the end of the day. When we found a further small amount of damp, the team slotted us in to their rota quickly and promptly dealt with the situation. We will recommend

  Diagnose damp issue

  Andy helped us diagnose a tricky damp problem. Great communicator. Unlike others who want to charge for an expensive survey before talking to you. He went out of his way to help us figure out the cause and recommend solutions. Even suggested things that we could do as a keen DIYer to save on costs. Great guy. Would highly recommend.
