I needed an EPC certificate urgently due to mine expiring and needing to exchange on our property. Daljit was able to accommodate a same day appointment and completing the EPC within 3 hours of arranging. Amazing service, really friendly and would highly recommend. Job location: N14They were punctual and completed the survey on time and waived the pick up key cost. However I had to chase and send multiple reminders to get the report which was frustrating. Also, I found the Internet booking service weird that could not speak to someone directly. Everything had to be done by the Web page.
