Alex replaced our boilers flue due to poor installation by a previous company. From start to finish he went above an beyond to help get it fixed as soon as possible as we are a pre-school. Alex was an absolute delight to work with and have in our home. We contacted Alex after he had successfully completed similar work for our neighbour. He responded promptly to our initial contact and gave us a clear explanation of what was required and how he planned to carry out the works. This was followed up with a fully itemised fixed/firm price quotation. Alex started work on the agreed date and communication throughout the works was clear and informative. Alex was very respectful of our home and ensured that any disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.
