Charged premium price £60 for cleaning the windows and roof lights, promised no residues

Turned up on time was promised and guaranteed no residues will be left, but when the roof lights started to dry it had the residue stains, charged £60 for a premium service.
Excuse given that it’s the powder from the white render, went up on the roof myself and cleaned the roof lights with fairy liquid and squeegee and no residues, photos attached.
