  Screeded entire downstairs, around 65m2

  Brought a new build property without a finished floor. I needed the floor screeding before I could DIY the flooring. Most others would not carry out the work without also laying the flooring. however AFS were happy to just do the screeding. They did a excellent job, very fast and professional. Great communication before during and after the work was carried out. Attached some pics of the work done, as well as a before pic. tldr, would recommend, and would hire them again

  Engineered wood flooring fit in hallway and living room

  It's not often I'd jump on to write a review but I felt I had to in this case Andrew's honestly one of the most reliable, trustworthy, hard working, and skilled tradesperson I've dealt with The list could go on forever but the key points: - Here bang on time despite travelling a fair way - Took great care with his work - Cleared up after himself, didn't even look like he'd been here once he left (bar the new flooring obvs) - Goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you ask for And to top it off, an all round lovely bloke - will 1000% be using him again for other projects

  New Flooring Job

  Had the downstairs rooms laminated after years of carpet. Andy was fantastic, very reliable, outstanding workmanship with attention to detail. Very courteous and always tidied up afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

  Bathroom fitting, including wall & floor tiles.

  Drew is a very reliable and punctual tradesman. He undertook fitting our bathroom suite as well as our wall and floor tiles. His attention to detail is well thought out and fantastic, to give us the highest quality finishes. His communication with us throughout the job was excellent, updating us at various points of the bathroom & tile fitting to make sure we were happy with everything. Drew is also tidy, which is rare to find from some tradesmen, making sure all his equipment wasn't in our way and clearing things away after each day of work. Fantastic job.   Wooden floor in bungalow

  Andrew transformed our three bed bungalow floor. His skills and attention to detail are a credit it to him. Our home looks wonderful - the floor flows seamlessly from room to room. Truly a master craftsman. I wholeheartedly recommend him to fit your floors. Thank you Andrew.
