  Removal & replacement 35 year old wooden garden fence

  Used Nelson's company before, always excellent in all respects. Work took 10 man days including quality fence panels, concrete posts, & removal of many loads of derelict fence & trees/garden growth he cleared to prepare ground. Great value, great quality, great tradesmen. Nelson's been doing this work for years and only has to look at a job to give instant expert assessment & quote. On the job he's the same - not lying sales patter. Genuine guy, very direct, hard working, expert, what you see is what you get. Naturally likes prompt payment & to be left alone to do his work. 100% verdict.

  Removed old decayed fening and cut back shrubs in order to indtall a replacement fence.

  I have used Nelson before and therefore know the quality and trusted turnaround of his service and again he has done a superb job. Left the area very tidy after his work and removed all the old fence and shrubs that had to be cut-back.

  Repair of leaning fence

  Nelson got back to me very quickly on my job listing, we then spoke on the phone and despite it being the week before Christmas, he managed to squeeze me in and came to perform the repair 2 days later. He arrived on time and was texting me on his whereabouts prior to arrival, he explained the steps he would take to fix the post and cracked on with the job. Less than an hour later, the post was fixed and has withstood multiple storms that we've had since. Top job.

  Boundary fencing

  I have used Nelson and his team previously to do pretty much all my garden fencing. I never had the bottom of the garden done previously as the fencing was still ok. He did an excellent job previously and has done another excellent job this time. High quality of work, clean and tidy and everything looks really nice. He’s also a really nice chap! I’m getting him back to do my pergola which has seen better days!

  New Fencing

  A large part of our (30 year plus) fencing blew down in the storms in January. Nelson from AFS replied very quickly to my enquiry and came round to the house that day to give me a quote. He kept me informed of time line when he could carry out the work although the job was not urgent as I had effected a temporary repair. He has now installed the new fence and I am very pleased with work carried out. An excellent job. I would not hesitate in recommending AFS.
