  Company were quick to respond to my request for help, came to inspect the problem and discuss options before quoting, agreed to carry out work the following day, turned up on time and worked diligently until problem fixed whilst also being friendly and keeping this worried homeowner informed and then tidied up after themselves. Job done. Honestly the only way I could have been happier is if I hadn't had the leak in the first place!
