This company were extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing a new hardwood door. Throughout the ordering process they keep me informed and answered any queries immediately. When the work was carried the installation team were excellent. If in the future I need any other doors I will certainly contact this company first.

It was such a pleasure to deal with a small, family-run firm, who deliver first quality service in all areas! From our initial email enquiry with Hannah, to the surveyor Joe, and fitters Tom and Isaac; everyone was super helpful and polite. Hannah responded speedily to our initial enquiry, helping us to match doors and furniture to our existing ones and providing advice and quotes. The doors were hung beautifully, with great attention to detail and a minor snagging issue we reported was sorted immediately with no quibbling! We can highly recommend Afforde Doors - great team!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Prompt communication each time, good price and Tom, my carpenter/door fitter was just brilliant. To get this acceptable to the housing association's specifications we had to ask numerous questions, from number of hinges to type of locks. The list went on and on. When the HA asked for the product manufactures own specification, Afforde requested this and emailed it. With a very acceptable quote, we placed the order, got an approximate installation date. A week before this , they rang , confirmed and it was a go. The installers arrived, installed the door to a high standard. A big shout out to Hannah , patient, professional and wise. She is a credit to the company.
