  Replacing roof

  Absolutely fantastic roofer, had a really difficult time removing tiles because we had expanding foam in the 80's and it took loads of effort to get them off, but cut all the foam away from rafters. All great lads and every day they cleaned up everything including neighbours. Would highly recommend Affordable Roofing Specialist without a doubt, will definitely use for further work

  Another fantastic job carried out by Andrew & his team, all 3 of them are always polite & very knowledgeable. The work is explained clearly along with photographic evidence and is carried out to a very high standard. They always leave the site clean, tidy and all rubbish is removed. Thanks Andrew

  Replace frame and glass roof on side passage.

  Andrew came promptly and explained what needed to be done. He also explained what materials he would use also said he would raise the pitch of the roof slightly to improve the drainage. He emailed his quote and we agreed to have it done. Andrew and 2 colleagues came when they said they were coming it took a day and a half. They never messed about got on with the job, they were friendly and polite. Cleaned up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. Finally had a few downpours and it hasn’t leaked. So I can highly recommend them. Just need to paint when weather is warmer.

  Roof damaged by falling tree Sloping roof over extension neededreplacement Structure needs check as leak through into ceiling in living room More damage on higher roof tiles etc Possible to chimney and also metal vent for boiler Extensive guttering and pipework and fascia damage Work was urgent as possible further damage to house without roof being intact Andrew and Team came and gave quote and carried out all work at earliest opportunity after making sloping roof safe beforehand All sorted before Xmas Great job and very professional team Highly recommended Thank you

  Roof repairs after fallen tree and storm damage

  Andrew answered our requests promptly after storm damage and arranged quotes and then attended to carry out the work as soon as possible. This included temporary making safe to avoid further damage The work was completed quickly and even cleared away debris as they worked abd when finished. Very impressed. Thanks. Richard
