Booked in advance for bathroom to be plastered. We were given a date that work would commence and it was spot on. Bathroom ceiling was old artex style and walls in poor state after tiles removed. Really pleased with the result. Mirror smooth ceiling and walls now ready for painting etc. Whole job done in 2 days.
