We contacted Gavin on a friend’s recommendation and were keen to use a local firm. We needed the whole upstairs carpeted before our twin boys arrived. Gavin talked us through suitable carpets and underlay, explained the measuring and quoting process clearly, and suggested a bleach-cleanable option as we have dogs and babies on the way. We chose a cream plush carpet with new underlay. Six months on it still looks great. The fitters were quick, tidy and considerate of my heavily pregnant wife. We’ll be back for vinyl in the bathroom. Five stars.
