  New downstairs toilet & shower room; along with a refurbished hallway

  Affe and team creatively used additional space for a new downstairs toilet & shower room fully fitted with utilities. All finished to a high standard. A new main hallway was designed and redecorated including lighting & removal of a wall creating a bright, modern and spacious entrance with a bespoke cabinet. Excellent design and craftsmanship as always.

  Design, kitchen installation & bespoke pantry

  Affe and his team guided us through the design process of our new kitchen in conjunction with Howdens. The complete kitchen was installed by Affe & his team including a breakfast bar. Affe designed and built a bespoke pantry which is just amazing. All appliances were fitted & tested. Affe is so diligent and meticulous about every single aspect and his advice is always in the best interest of the client. Excellent work. We are really happy.

  Plastering, painting, insulation, new flooring etc

  Affe & his team insulated, plastered and painted the exterior and interior of the new extension. The building work included new flooring, skirting boards, lighting, electrics, a new fuse box and smoke alarms. Also the installation of new wall mounted radiators which compliment the modern decor. All the work was completed to a very high standard.

  New gas & water pipes & new boiler

  As part of the building work Affe's team team laid new gas and water pipes, removed the old boiler and installated a high quality eco-compliant boiler and Hive System. All the work is fully certified and compliant with regulatory standards. Excellent work.

  Fitting Bifold Doors & Windows

  As part of the rear single storey extension, Affe's team installed double glazed bifold doors, velux windows and a kitchen window. All the work was carried out efficiently, to a high standard and are a beautiful touch to our kitchen & dining area extension.
