Ash was polite, on time and did what he said he'd do and on top of that the price was right.

Communication was clear when arranging the visit. Arrived on time and explained everything to us about what was checked and why. Next steps for any improvements we might like were made clear and we didn't feel pressured.

Contacted AES Hampshire about a faulty bathroom light. Ash came quickly and replaced the light. Clean and tidy service.

Ash provided excellent service and found the fault very soon after arriving. We'll definitely call him if and when we have another electrical problem.
