Great communication from the office team and swift booking made for the next day. Simon arrived from Aerials direct as arranged the following day and everything was quick and easy and Simon was a great guy and highly recommended. Cannot fault the experience and would recommend this company & Simon to anyone.

I called Simon this morning (7th March) as I had not had TV/Satellite for 2 days. He said he would be able to come to me this afternoon which was great. But when I got home after being out all morning, I turned on the TV and all was good and working again! I tried calling Simon to cancel but he was already on his way to me. I apologised profusely for his wasted journey but he was fine about it. I now have his card and would not hesitate to use him in the future and so recommend him to anyone.

Simon was very prompt, same day excellent service, would highly recommend.

Simon arrived in time slot given, fitted new aerial and wiring, retuned both televisions. Took old aerial away. I was very pleased, Simon was very polite and efficient would recommend.

I chose Aerials Direct after reading reviews on Checkatrade and having checked all the connections from my aerial in the loft to the TV set which was displaying a no signal message and I was unable to watch any channels. I spoke to Melody on the phone she quickly booked me an appointment with Simon and also gave me an estimate of the cost. Simon was polite friendly and very knowledgeable he quickly located the problem problem and fitted a new amplifier in the loft and made sure everything was working before he left. Reasonably priced, accepts cheques, cash or bank transfers highly recommended!

They were excellent and sent a specialist out the same day to repair my faulty TV Aerial. He was able to identify and repair the fault in a quick manner. The price was fair based on the work carried out. Would recommend using them
