    Faulty TV aerial

    Andy came on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the parts needed straight away. I was happy with the work done.

    Condescending

    Well, unfortunately, my Mum called this company from Coventry. This company is based in Redditch. My Mum has the onset of Alzheimers and this company took the p. I didn't know about it until by chance I turned up at the house. New aerial needed, fair enough. Scruples, £85 call out charge so he had Mum by the nuts anyway. £320 final bill??? then to leave the old aerial on the front lawn and not take away . P take. Use again, no. Would I have used in the first place, no. He was also really condescending to my Mum on payment quote" can you remember your pin number?" Absolute c to be fair.

    I pride myself on treating my all my customers with respect and dignity. So I apologise if I Your mum was upset that I said ‘everyone forgets their PIN numbers’ but she was very happy with my service and even gave me a £10 tip I am very confused with your complaint and abusive language as you didn’t choose to be present when I called to your mums house if you had concerns . I did exactly as I told your mum and she was very happy to have her tv working again when I had finished . I told your mum I would not take the old aerial away as I do to all my customers

    Poor signal fixed in less than an hour

    I called Aerials & Sky Local and Andy came the following morning, first thing. He inspected and tested the aerial and set up, explained clearly what was causing the signal problem and quoted a reasonable price for the works needed. He completed the work there and then in about 45 minutes. I wish I had made the call months ago. It would have saved a lot of faffing and putting up with poor quality TV.

    I have so much trouble over the years with the aerial and reception it was so nice to finally have someone explain the problems,sort it out,and work so quickly.Would recommend Andy to anyone.
