Danny was a great communicator. From my enquiry , to turning up to do the job , he confirmed everything by text. He even text me the morning he was due to confirm his arrival time and he was very punctual . He was friendly , and took time to explain what he was doing and why. He checked my tv was working as I wanted , and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.His work is very tidy and he cleaned up everything after himself.
