    The technician arrived on time, was extremely helpful and explained the options / problems with the repair. In the end (as new parts were not required) actually carried out the work for 1/2 the price originally quoted . Yes, that IS correct - he actually asked for LESS than originally agreed! I`m generally wary of tradespeople, but this guy has restored my faith! (I had a previous quote 6-7 times what this has cost me) Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.
