AAV replaced TV roof aerial and cabling. Initial call-out was to investigate water coming through to the TV and following their investigations could just have replaced the cabling. Adam’s feedback was knowledgeable and honest with no upselling. This gave us the confidence to go ahead with a bigger job, replacing the whole system. The workers were efficient, polite and kept us informed at each stage. Just note they do not take away old materials (not an issue for us). Would definitely recommend.

Due this morning, have phone call, couldn’t make it until the afternoon. They turned up and started, fitted Ariel, new cable to tv’s, set up the tvs and all worked well, all I can say is excellent service and communication, thanks I can now dump skys streaming service which is not fit for purpose. Again thanks all for the help.

After a brief phone call explaining the job, the engineer was here before 8:30 in the morning starting the work. Was done to a very high standard to a very competitive price as I had a quote for double the price for just cables not even a port. Would absolutely use them again.

They arrived on time, talked through the problem with me, made suggestions as to what the cause might be. Checked existing aerial and cable and discussed best way forward and cost. all very clear. Carried out the work, explaining what they were doing, checked everything before leaving. Very happy with the work.

Brilliant. Offered to come over FOC to assess the job. Original job was to fit a satellite for freesat. Upon arrival Lee highlighted multiple issues with a satellite dish over an aerial which would increase the cost and advised a cheaper option of a roof aerial. Lee was also the only company to mention that to record on freesat you need a dual feed from the satellite to each box
