  A&E Plumbing came round at short notice and quickly identified the problem we had with a leaking shower, which required replacing the shower valve. Andi provided helpful advice on replacements and fitted the new unit. This then developed a problem and had to be replaced twice. Andi correctly diagnosed the problem as a defective cartridge in the new unit (which was fixed under warranty by Grothe). We were very impressed at how quickly he responded to messages and with his care and commitment (he had to come round 6-7 times in total). Strongly recommended.

  The best plumber I've come across (and I'm no spring chicken!)

  Wow! I am so impressed. Andy is one of the most professional, personable and efficient tradesman I have come across - he quickly understood my circumstances (looking after elderly parents in their old farmhouse) and then quickly ascertained the issues. He worked solidly for hours without a break (he was offered :)) and the job was sorted at a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend him and will only use him should any future issues arise.

  Great job and communication

  Really pleased with the quality and efficiency of Andi's work, would highly recommend to anyone. Very clear communication and came out at an awkward time on short notice to help me with fitting white goods in the kitchen at a reasonable price. We will use him again!

  Andi was very prompt with all communications, was available at quite short notice, and did a good job for a fair price (replacing an old Saniflo unit).
