When the heating stops working in the middle of winter it is a stressful experience. This engineer went the extra mile to get the issue quickly sorted. Thanks for your support and availability at short notice. What we thought were boiler issues transpired to be an issue with our smart thermostat. A new Hive one was sourced and rewired the same day!
