I have used this company twice…the first time was for a new sink in my kitchen..Bobby did a perfect job installing a beautiful new china sink..so glad I listened to his advice for china as opposed to stainless or composite.. the result looks great.. I have just had to call him again for another issue… a banging noise that stated over night and seemed to be located in my bathroom.. called Bobby in the morning and he was here by noon… identified the ‘valve’ in the toilet system as faulty and immediately went to get a replacement, installed within half an hour…brilliant, quick and impeccable…

Blocked pipe in kitchen cleared 20/11/25. Work satisfactory. I explained I would need a receipted invoice to reclaim funds from the Housing Society who own our property. Was told that was fine Paid but no receipt came. Asked again 24/11 was told I have it that evening still do not have it ( today is 2/12/25) Two of the company phone numbers are disconnected. Cannot always leave message on mobile. Have called at address on invoice and left a note I had to contact via mobile as direct email from web site got message Recipient inbox full Your message couldn't be delivered to chat-rep

Bobby was fantastic - we had a leaking hot water feed to the bath that was causing water ingress into kitchen below. Bobby picked up my job request quickly, kept in excellent communication throughout, arrived at short notice, and did a great job all round. Very transparent about costs. I'll definitely be using A & E again!
