  Garage conversion

  Ade and Adrian carried out a garage conversion at our address in January. They were honest from the outset of what would be achievable and offered options that I had not considered. Their professional attitude shone throughout the process and they completed the work to an extremely high standard before leaving our address in a clean and tidy state. We are very happy with the end outcome. They also went above and beyond to help where they can with the difficult parts of building control and planning. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who requires building services. 10/10

  Garage conversion into a Kitchen

  Highly recommend these gents. After being conned out of money with our previous builder, we were very nervous over trying to start this garage conversation again. Ade and Adrian were very understanding and offered support through the quotation process and reassurance when the building works began. Once the initial building works were done, they offered very constructive advice regarding the kitchen design. It was great to talk to them and bounce ideas off them. Great service, great work

  Partially Converted Garage Inspection

  Adrian & Ade attended property to give a quote for a "partially converted garage". They looked, took some measurements and said it's absolutely fine; there's just a few technical reasons it's not listed as habitable. They spent the time to give me advice and clearly described what I needed to do. They didn't quote me for a load of work I didn't need. Just attended, gave me some advice, and went away again. Highly professional gents, appreciate not getting ripped off for no reason!

  Garage Conversion

  This is a bit late for a review however would highly recommend ADVA. Conversion was completed in May 2022. Adrian and Ade did an excellent job They over came a drainage problem that another builder said would cost a great deal of money.nothing was too much trouble for them. They dealt with building control were easy to talk to ,keeping you up to date with the job. we are really pleased with the conversion. Thank you both again. Ron and Ella Coalville

  Small renovation

  Adrian and Adrian were excellent. They listened to the plans and also made suggestions for the use and layout of the space that were better than the architects suggestions. I would highly recommend them.
