The roofers were due to put lead flashing and relay tiles,and repoint ridge . They were late arriving,then one went of for an hour to get correct ladder returned to sit in van on his phone,then when got up on roof they done around 3.hrs work .

Re roof house. Supposed to give quote on a flat I own. Early morning was the only time as I had to be there. Arranged with two sets of tenants through agents and the canceled the morning of the booking 20mins before they were due there. If this was them trying to get a job then I would not want to actually give them the work.

Can't fault the lads very plesent to deal with very knowable tidy work ! And beat my other estate's my a worth while amount would recomend

Came straight away following a roof leak during bad weather. Polite and helpful.

Was quoted it'd take 2 days, but was done within 0.5 days. Couple of reason I think. I'd asked for pics to be taken of the roof and the guttering to be tested with a hose. These didn't end up on the quote and weren't done, think more by mistake than anything. Think the quoted duration was also too long and the guys did the work quick. So all added up to taking much less time than quoted. Work seems of good quality. Really good paint match. Bits of old paint left around though and some drips on the gutters. 15y guarantee though. Would use again but get stuff in writing and keep closer tabs.
