A local family run business that strives and successfully achieves to meet the customer’s requirements. A friendly welcoming approach from both the office staff to the installation team. May not be the cheapest option out there but the quality of their products speak for themselves. Everything is explained fully, options available also explained in complete detail. Any questions are addressed and answered concisely. Installation is done meticulously and with the absolute minimum of mess or disruption, any mess is cleared up and waste packed ready to be removed from site. Fully recommended.

Advanced Shutters managed to get us back into our garage and then replaced the electric motor with new and battery back up- They were so professional, knew exactly what they were doing and at a competitive price. We are now going to ask them to provide a quote for a couple of new electric remote controlled sliding gates to the entrance of our driveway.

Jenny at Advance Shutters was helpful from start to finish guiding me through my options and keeping me advised on timing of the installation, The people doing the installation were courteous, tidy and explained the new mechanism fully.

The technician arrived on time, reset the door's service alarm and serviced the door, which involved some realignment of the track, lubricating various moving parts and testing the door to ensure it was working smoothly and quietly. The person involved explained what work was necessary and what he had done. He also sorted out a defect in an electrically operated awning at the rear of the house. His conduct was polite and professional throughout. We would highly recommend Advance Shutters for any work involving garage doors or awnings.
