Leo came in for 5 minutes. in that time he incorrectly diagnosed the issue with the boiler and his only solution was to buy a new boiler as mine wasn't worth fixing. He didn't offer a quote to fix it. That cost me £90. I was aware of the price prior to this, but Leo told me he would try and fix it in that time. He didn't even get the boiler cover off.
I got another engineer round and he first of all re-charged the expansion vessel and that has fixed the issue. this took about 30 minutes. So I had to pay 2 engineers, and wasted £90 on Leo as he did not resolve anything. Such a poor experience.
