Really quick and prompt! He arranged a time to measure the glass and on the 2nd visit, he promptly replaced the glass very quickly. Very impressed. Would recommend. Good communication also.

Quick and clear communication, thorough inspection of work that needed doing to A) provide a quote and then B) double check the window mechanisms before ordering parts. From first call to completed work, it took less than 2 weeks. I have already recommended Mark to my mum for the work she needs completing too!

I needed a lounge window removed for a sofa to be bought in, mark done a fantastic job by fitting me in and staying flexible for my timings with them being at short notice (on the day) even though he had a full day of work planned by starting early for me and coming back later in the day all while working around me. All throughout staying professional, reliable and friendly as well as communicating efficiently.
