I can’t recommend jason enough. I called at the last minute with an urgent issue and he responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, and got straight to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or rush the job. The problem was fixed efficiently and the price was fair—especially for a last-minute call. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable in a stressful situation. I’ll definitely be calling him again and recommending Jason to others.

Jason communicated well throughout, was reliable, tidy, quick and was friendly around the place - including being patient and talkative with my youngest daughter who was asking him loads of questions whilst he was trying to work. We were extremely impressed with the service provided. Exceptionally tidy, kept well informed throughout, and consistently supportive of our requests, regularly checking in to ensure everything met our expectations. When adaptations were needed to our initial plans, options were clearly discussed and worked collaboratively to find the best solutions. Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience.
