Recently had our bathroom fully renovated, including the removal of the old suite, slight layout adjustments, a complete refit, new tiling, and flooring. We were extremely impressed with the service provided. Exceptionally tidy, kept well informed throughout, and consistently supportive of our requests, regularly checking in to ensure everything met our expectations. When adaptations were needed to our initial plans, options were clearly discussed and worked collaboratively to find the best solutions. Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience.

When our loft water tank was leaking, Jason dropped everything to come round and assist. He managed a temporary repair, and arranged the next day to fit a new tank, with associated plumbing. On a very hot Saturday afternoon, he did an amazing job of replacing the tank. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Communication with Jason was quick and clear. He arrived at the property on time, was kind, cuertious and no problem was to much. He kept mess to a minimum and tidied up after completion of job. He explained what the problem was and how he could fix it. Would highly recommend.
