After the scaffolding was removed James returned as requested to replace a few damaged tiles and cleaned the remaining debris which had fallen from the scaffolding while the work had been completed. He said he is happy to return should we discover any other related issues. He made sure i was satisfied before leaving which I am. So rest assured should there be any snagging that James will deal with it.

The gentleman from Empire found the the problem was not being caused by blockage and so did not charge me, which is really quite incredible. We agreed that an estimate for the appropriate work required will be Forthcoming. Very happy with the way I was treated.

James and his team were punctual, polite and pleasure to work with. He came over and gave me a quote and decided to go with it from looking at previous reviews. They were hardworking and said what they were going to do before doing the work. James did advise me on other things that needed to be done in the future as I didn’t have the budget to complete it now. I will not hesitate to use Empire Roofing again. Thank you.
