Very prompt service. Arrived on time and was honest about the work needed. Very friendly workman, neat and tidy. Fastidious about his trade.

James and colleague came round within a couple of hours of calling and replaced 2 stop ends for roof guttering. Roof was high, and hence couldn't do the work myself. But they were professional and helpful, would use them again for any work in roof/guttering.

James came and assessed what work was needed. Once work started inspection found that further work was required. Everything was clearly explained and a video showing problem backed this up. Work carried out on time and efficiently. Cleared up once completed. At each stage James explained work to be done. Came back a few times to tidy up loose ends. A hard working team.

We contacted Empire Roofing today to replace a cracked down pipe. James gave us an estimate to replace the down pipe and a short stretch of guttering. We accepted his estimate and he and his colleague did the work well and cleaned up well after the work was complete. I was happy with the work they did.

James and hit team did a great job replacing our old fascias with new upvc fascias and replaced our guttering. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Empire Roofing.
