Very pleased with the quick response and remedial works. The flashing had cracked around our boiler flue causing rainwater to leak in. A new flashing was applied there and then. A nice, thorough job. I would definitely recommend.

Contacted Rob at Advance and he helped me out at short notice after being let down by another builder. I had my whole patio weeded, jet washed, all the joints removed with a grinder and then re-jointed. For a 15 year old patio it now looks brand new. Amazing job, thanks Rob 😍
