  Professional, Quality and Excellent Ongoing Communications

  After starting with a persistent leak, James and his team identified the issue and dealt with it professionally and quickly. However it became apparent that there were other issues which needed resolving. Over a difficult period whilst the work was completed, the roofing team were professional, courteous and tidy at all times and kept us up to date on progress. James in the meantime answered any questions we had in a timely manner, whilst project managing the different trades needed to complete the job. Although not probably the cheapest, you pay for quality and would highly recommend.

  Get a full survey and a time frame. Make sure there are no hidden surprises!!

  The workmanship was excellent . We are very pleased with the result. We were somewht surprised to be given a verbal estimate only to receive a written confirmation with VAT added . They did not do a full survey of the roof before commencing the work and subsequently advised us of further problem with the dormer window increasing the cost yet again. Little we could do about this as the roof was already part completed. On the day they were due to finish we were then informed that the chimney needed attention. More expense! The Guarantee took 4 weeks to arrive and showed an incorrect address.

  James came and made a detailed assessment of our problem that had baffled numerous people, and efficiently arranged a quote and the work - from arranging the scaffolder to doing the work itself. His team worked efficiently and pleasantly and finished the job in one day. James answered any queries we had and the work was done to the specification and at the quoted amount. We would definitely recommend the company.

  We had a full roof replacement on our 1920s semi, which also included some complicated work to make our dormer window watertight. Kieran and his team did an excellent job, despite some challenging winter weather, and we are very happy with our new roof and tiling on the lower elevation. James oversaw the job and kept us fully informed from start to finish. He was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to our questions. We would recommend Advanced Roofing Contractors without any hesitation.

  James and Advanced Roofing were supportive with good advice throughout inspite of and during poor response from our insurance company. The work completed appears v good and I have no doubt will perform as intended. Tidy, reliable team with good knowledge.

  Very impressed with the workmanship and the dedication of the team to get on with the job. The winter weather conditions were sometimes appalling, but they worked on into the dark to make sure we were always left weatherproof. The provision of the complete new roof on our detached dorma-style bungalow took approximately 7 working days, including Saturday. Scaffold was erected about a week before work began and removed about a week after completion. Communication was good at all times and we are very pleased with the finished result. Highly recommended.
