Booked to come then called to reschedule then no showed!

Ruben was fantastic from day one. He came in and quoted for the works. He understood that I had some dodgy jobs done on the house including gutter installation previously and was completely understanding and reassured me with the works. There was an issue I the middle, however he promptly turned up and came in contact until next job was completed. A complete gem of a trader. Thank you for a great job!

Reuben arrived on time having contacted me by phone first. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how it would need fixing. Agreed a price and stuck to it, no hidden or sudden costs involved. He said he would come the next day to acquire the right slate and completed the work that afternoon. Brilliant job. Would highly recommend and will be using the company again in the future.
