John and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. John was able to give us a prompt quote which was extremely competitive, and provided written details of what the work would involve with accompanying pictures to give us an idea of what the finished result would look like. He even went to the trouble of coming back to our house to discuss the details with my partner who was not available at the time the quote was provided to me. The work began exactly when John said it would and I cannot rate it highly enough.
