We needed a lintel fitted above our door frame , Jake and team came to the rescue! It turns out we already had a lintel there but Jake made sure it was safe and secure and tidied up , bang on time and great communication! Will 100% recommend and will use again if any other work is needed.

Advanced property services are very reliable and carried out a very high standard of work very friendly they cleared my loft and boarded out and cleaned up after them self’s as you would expect but they was polite and very efficient
