The after sales care and customer service for Advanced Heating Technologies Ltd is non-existent.
They do not even have an office to call with complaints. Texts, emails and messages left for them are completely ignored and not even acknowledged.
It is virtually impossible to contact them and when by chance you do speak to someone, they are not at all helpful for any problems that occur after they have completed the work. Any appointment made to fix a problem is not fulfilled and cancelled without notice.
I most definitely would not recommend Advanced Heating Technologies Ltd.

However, in this case, we must respond clearly to the negative claims made in your review.
To be absolutely accurate: we have not attended your property since 2022 — over three years ago — and have received no direct communication from you in that time. We have sent numerous email reminders regarding the annual servicing of your new boiler each year since, and have not received any replies.
As we explained during our initial visit in 2021 to service your old boiler, we do not answer private or withheld numbers for security and business integrity reasons. We can receive up to 10 spam calls per day from such numbers, which takes valuable time away from genuine customers and incurs a cost impact on our business.
That said, we have made it very clear that we offer multiple, accessible ways to contact us — including our website contact form, email, and a dedicated mobile number — should you choose not to withhold your number. None of these methods have been used by you, despite your claims to the contrary.
To say we are impossible to reach and do not respond is simply untrue. Our customer service record is reflected in over 200 verified reviews, with a consistent rating above 9.3. We take great pride in supporting our customers and addressing any concerns when they are brought to us through the proper channels.
False or misleading claims do not reflect the standards we hold ourselves to, and we respectfully ask that feedback be based on facts, not assumptions. Should you wish to contact us directly and transparently, we remain open and available to assist you.
