Advanced Gate Solutions immediately identified the reason my entrance gate was not working was because it's sensors were not aligned. This is an easy fix requiring a new post with the sensor positioned correctly, something I can do myself. I was impressed by the AGS's honesty and diagnosing the problem so quickly.
