A lovely man called Lionel carried out the initial survey, he was very thorough and the results came back to me within the agreed timescale. Once I confirmed that I wanted the work to go ahead, there was some delay in responding however, once the contract was signed and the deposit paid, things were effectively managed. The work was carried out on the agreed date and time and Marcel who carried out the work was very professional and worked quickly and with minimum disruption. The area was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. I am happy with the service.
