  John came to clean the carpets in 4 rooms at our flat prior to us putting our property up for sale He did an excellent job - high quality at a reasonable price John was punctual, friendly and courteous - a pleasure to have around We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others

  John was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. The carpet had suffered a bad stain as a result of a roof leak and he explained that whilst he would do his best to remove the stain, he could not offer any guarantees. He also explained in detail how he would treat the stain as well as the remainder of the carpet. In fact he managed to almost completely remove the stain (you would only know of its existence if you had seen it before) and the rest of the carpet looks like new. I would thoroughly recommend John.

  John Kilkenny did a superb job. The quite old and dirty fitted carpets appeared almost new after John’s intensive treatment. I was also impressed with the result on two large Asian rugs, the colours returned to their original vibrancy.

  We were delighted equally by the quality of John's work, the courtesy he showed during his visit, the efficiency and reliability of the preparation for the job and good communications. We were impressed by the combination of high technology and careful craftsmanship. We would certainly use again.
