The work was carried out to a very high professional level within the time stated on quotation. Following the completed upgrade of car port all detritus was moved off site immediately. We would highly recommend this excellent company

Advanced Build Concepts carried out a complete renovation of our house. They replaced our kitchen and bathroom. They redecorated all rooms laying down wooden floors. They knocked 2 rooms into one to create a larger bedroom. They installed french windows leading onto a new decking area. The work was completed to a high standard with good advice given along the way and a can do attitude. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time we have used Chris and Lynne of Advanced Build for a major building project for our home. This time was for a complete roof replacement and new soffits and facias (the first time was a new dormer complete with bathroom installation). As before, the work was of a very high standard, and done as quickly as possible. At the end of each working day, the roof was left in a watertight condition, and the site was respectfully brushed clean. The work was exactly to budget. We could not speak highly enough of the work and workmanship

The builders were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up very well after every days work, and kept us informed at all times of current progress and any foreseeable problems. Communication was frequent and any problematic details were carefully explained and dealt with, which gave us great confidence as the work progressed. The standard and quality of work was also excellent and the quote was strictly adhered to. Some small additional unforseen work became necessary, but this was explained and agreed before it was started - to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

This was second time I have used Advanced Build Concepts and the experience was just as good as the first time. Very polite and communicative during the work. All options were discussed at all stages of the work and the work carried out was timely and to an excellent standard. Will certainly be engaging again when the next phase of my house project is ready to go.
