Great service from Darren. Quick communication and reliable. Came on a Saturday at 8am and we had the results by Tuesday. Would recommend highly if anyone needs anything asbestos related!

Called Darren round for an asbestos test. I’ve used the company before and always found them very courteous and professional. Test results came back much faster than expected.i would highly recommend this company.

Darren and the team were brilliant they came in and took the asbestos roof of my shed and replaced it the same day and left the place cleaner than what it was before. Definitely use again.

Took 2 asbestos samples as requested. At the end I asked if a section of gloss paint could contain lead (to which they said yes) and asked for a sample on the assumption it was understood here that I want a lead test done. Later turns out they don't do lead testing. That's fair enough but they didn't inform me at the time and also took a sample knowing full well that gloss paint doesn't contain asbestos. Even I know that. So they took a pointless sample and charged me for it. For a service as important as this would expect more honesty and transparency.

I had discovered various asbestos sheets that the neighbour's builders had illegally dumped behind my property. I got in contact with Advance Clearance in the evening and the asbestos was cleared in a professional manner the following day. The workers were very cautious, they wore PPE (gloves/masks) and wrapped the waste asbestos in protective material. Very speedy and professional, highly recommended.
