  Almost worth having an rat to meet Graham! Lovely man. We’d tried to sort issue ourselves and wasn’t a success so called Graham and he was so helpful from the start. Very knowledgeable and was really thorough. Very pleased. Horrible issue to have and glad we got a very experienced professional to sort it out.
