  Boiler installation

  Tony installed our new boiler after cleaning the lines, we discussed which model would be best. The job included fitting a programmable heating controller, which he explained how to use. Getting the radiators balanced took quite some time but he came back to the property on subsequent days to sort out rads which didn't get heat (due to sorting out unusual pipe design), showing good after-care. He also re-routed the boiler condensate outlet in a far better way, joining to the bath outlet (before that we had it going straight through the wall, which caused issues in winter), which all worked well in practise.

  Tony is a flipping marvel. We have been so lucky to have him jump on jobs with us several times now and every time it’s a pleasure. He is punctual, clear and reasonable with his quotes, tidy, great communication and company. Genuine guy and I dread the day he says he’s retiring! Can’t recommend him highly enough.

  Tony came on Tuesday to check what was needed to replace the combi boiler. He then went to supplier to price the materials required. Gave us a call with the price. We agreed to it. He delivered the new boiler and accessories required to complete the job. He came early on Wednesday morning and the job was completed by 3 p.m the same day. System flushed, Room sensor fitted as well. Very efficient, very tidy, and explained everything we needed to know about the new boiler, such as how to fill it if the pressure went down. Old boiler and accessories were removed immediately.
