  Replace leaking valley on pitched, slate roof.

  From first contact, Alex and team were super professional. They came out next day to inspect and quote for the job, giving advice on our options. When I needed a revised quote because our insurers wanted more info, Alex sorted it the same day, meaning we settled our insurance claim much quicker than we expected. The scaffolding was put up to take into account our neighbours, as we had to access their garden too. The works were carried out over 2 full days of solid work - the guys did not stop. We’re so pleased with the end result and cannot recommend Alex and team highly enough.

  Loft conversion

  Alex was extremely open and friendly and turned up promptly. I would have been very happy to have used him to carry out the work but other mitigating factors required us to rethink our plans and not go ahead with the work. Will be contacting him again if I require a builder in the future.

  Fixing a chimney cowling, replacing some roof slates and replacing chimney flashing.

  Really pleased with the work that Alex and his team carried out in various stages. They were always courteous and clean and tidy in their work. It was only while replacing the slates that Alex noticed the problem with the chimney lead work and offered to return to replace the lead work. We really appreciate his attention to detail which meant returning in one instance with different tools to complete the work to his satisfaction. Overall I was really impressed with the quality of work and thought it excellent value for money. I would definitely use them again on other building works.

  From our initial enquiry via Checkatrade, to completion of the works, Alex communicated professionally, returned calls and attended to the work required in a very timely manner. Alex kept us fully informed of the progress, ranging from the initial quote, to photographs of completed work and onto the final invoice.

  loft conversion and new gutters outside

  Totally recommend these guys. They're polite, friendly and they get the work done well. Things didn't go to plan here, it's an old house and full of surprises, but it didn't faze them at all. We plan on having them back to do more work, and recommend them.
