Adrian was punctual, helpful, friendly and approachable. He went the extra mile to make sure my dishwasher was fixed and put back working and looking good. Adrian listened carefully to what we said and suggested that it was probably a faulty factory calibration, and that although a recalibration was theoretically possible he recommended a new thermostat factory calibrated correctly to be a better and more reliable solution. He replaced the part for us then tested its accuracy which was spot on. This was a warranty job so there is no data for price below. We were very impressed.
