  Replacing hinges on roof space trap door & catch.

  Adrian was in touch an hour after my search for a trader. His communication was excellent, came on day & time as arranged, job competed quickly & efficiently. Definitely will use his services again for joinery work, inside & out, roofing/facias, painting & decorating. Experiences workman.

  Gem of a Joiner

  Adrian is an honest, hardworking man. Following a storm, I needed a large garden side gate replaced. He arrived on time and set about his joinery work with ease and efficiency. I am very pleased with the results. The job was completed in one day. Adrian also cleaned up before leaving. He is very friendly, charges a very fair price and I would not hesitate to employ him to carry out a range of jobs. He has lots of experience in NI and other parts of the UK doing a variety of skilled building work.

  Repair bottom of door that had rotted

  Adrian turned up late for the 1st appointment to view the damaged doors, he assured me that he could do the job & I paid a deposit. We arranged the following Sunday afternoon, he turned up but said he was too tired. We rearranged again this last Sunday, he turned up again and on time this time but didn't want to do the job. He said he wasn't well. Bearing in mind the appointment was at 9am, he could of called instead to let me know, also no apology. 100% disappointed & 3 Sundays ruined. Do not recommend him unless you want to hear long stories about his life & no work done.

  Adrian never showed up

  Adrian agreed to remove a kitchen cupboard in order for us to accommodate a dishwasher in that space. The appointment was at 6.30 pm. At the time of the appointment he called to say that he was about 2 hours away but no explanation why. We manager to find an emergency contractor who could carry out the job. Very unreliable and would not recommend.

  Repair of a hinge on a door

  Adrian did an excellent job on the hinge repair. He was careful with the repair and open with his charges which were very reasonable. I would happy use him again and recommend his as a tradesman.

  Build a cupboard in the space left after removal of water tank on the stairs

  Adrian is clearly an experienced carpenter and does a clean professional job The only issue we has was his poor communications. The initial sum he himself had quoted after visiting personally and sizing the vwork was exceeded by 50%. He had grossly under estimated cost of materials and the time it needed to the job well (which he did) He only mentioned this overrun on quoted budget after the job was done rather than when he noticed the error in his quote He left the place clean and was friendly throughout his time on the job. The end result was good
