10 Repair of a hinge on a door

Adrian did an excellent job on the hinge repair. He was careful with the repair and open with his charges which were very reasonable. Adrian is clearly an experienced carpenter and does a clean professional job The only issue we has was his poor communications. The initial sum he himself had quoted after visiting personally and sizing the vwork was exceeded by 50%. He had grossly under estimated cost of materials and the time it needed to the job well (which he did) He only mentioned this overrun on quoted budget after the job was done rather than when he noticed the error in his quote He left the place clean and was friendly throughout his time on the job.
