Arran @ AD Property was friendly, helpful and clear with his information. He made an appointment to visit me and was prompt with his arrival. His quote was easy to understand and true to the work carried out. My property looks fantastic now the work is completed, I very happy. Job location: BH21We are very happy with both jobs, Arran arrived as and when agreed worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend him to friends. His price for the jobs was reasonable.10 New fascia and repaired a soffit

I made sure I was in for the arranged time but AD property Maintenance did not turn up. I then messaged Aaran from the company who then said he was on a an emergency call but he didn’t inform me that he was not coming! I messaged back straight away to ask when he will be able to come next but I was then ignored. Bad customer service. If it’s not a big enough job for him, he could have just said from the start and not mess me about or waste my time!Verified reviewerJob location: BH1010 To replace felt roof on large garden shed with a granula Torch roofing.

Aaron complete a brillant job on replacing roofing to our large shed. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on the best product which has a 20year guarantee at a affordable price.
