After requesting a quote I was visited within a couple of days. I was treated with respect, especially as I more or less knew what was needed and was given a competitive price. I was kept well informed all the way through. Despite some unforeseen problems the work was completed in good time and to a high standard. Arran is a perfectionist and ensures the customer is kept up to date on progress and is consulted if there’s an issue. His work ethic means he cleans up as he goes along. Arran @ AD Property was friendly, helpful and clear with his information. He made an appointment to visit me and was prompt with his arrival. His quote was easy to understand and true to the work carried out. My property looks fantastic now the work is completed, I very happy.
